Independent Contractor
Our call center is powered by Independent Contractors who are committed to providing exceptional customer service. Our agents are independent business owners and are paid via 1099, which offers them greater flexibility and control over their work schedules.

Certification Training
We believe that training is the key to success. That's why there is mandatory and certified training prior to the start of every assignment. We want you to be confident and successful in your work, which is why we provide comprehensive training to help you achieve your goals.
The Application Process
Apply
Submit the pre-application checklist and check your email for additional instructions to complete the registration.
*This step is required
PC Check
&
Assessment
You must complete a PC Check to ensure your internet connection and personal computer will pass the required specifications.
Then, you'll be directed to an assessment (allow at least 45-minutes and a quiet area).
*You can always re-take if you don't pass the first time
Background Check
Upon completion of the assessment, available job opportunities with the hourly pay will appear, choose one to enroll in. You will begin the identity verification process and pay for your background check.
*Make sure your credit is not frozen and you have a government issued ID
Train
&
Earn
After a successful background check, you will attend the scheduled and required paid training, then choose your own hours, work and earn.
Pay is Semi-monthly: 15th and Last Day of month
